The Small Flight School Program gives qualifying small flight schools full access to HangarOS — our cloud-based flight school management platform — completely free for 6 months. You start with a 28-day free trial (no credit card needed), and after that we just ask for a card on file to continue your free period — you won't be charged until the 6 months are up.
Your school must have 10 or fewer aircraft, 5 or fewer full-time instructors, be FAA Part 61 or Part 141 certified, be based in the United States, and be currently operational.
After your free period, you can continue on our standard plan at $79/month — up to 15 aircraft and 500 users (students, instructors, and staff combined). No long-term contracts — cancel anytime. We'll reach out 30 days before your free period ends.
Not to start. Your first 28 days are completely free with no card required. After that, we ask for a payment method on file to continue your remaining 5 months free — but you won't be charged a cent until your 6-month program ends.
