Pay for what you turn on, at each base.
No bundles, no per-seat charge, no per-aircraft charge, and no required base module. Every app covers unlimited aircraft, students and instructors at the base it is on.
Turn on what you need.
Yearly is ten months’ worth — two free — billed once a year rather than monthly. AI runs inside these apps; it is not a separate charge, and neither is multi-location: the per-base rate is the multi-location model.
Where schools usually land.
14 days free with no card, then 14 days with a card on file. First charge on day 28. Cancel anytime.
What this costs you, exactly.
- What does “per base” actually mean on the bill?
- One recurring charge per app, whose quantity is the number of bases that app is turned on at. Two bases running Scheduling is two units of Scheduling. Turn an app on at one base and off at another and you only pay where it is on.
- Is there a required base module?
- No. Scheduling is an add-on like everything else, and the platform plan underneath it is $0. Start with the maintenance log alone if that is the part that hurts.
- Do you charge per student, per instructor or per aircraft?
- No. The rate is the same whether you fly 2 aircraft or 20, and whether you have 3 students or 300, at each base. We charge for the operating system, not for rows in a database.
- What does the trial include?
- Every app, with your real data. 14 days free with no card, then 14 days with a card on file, so the first charge lands on day 28. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
- How does yearly billing work?
- The yearly price is ten months’ worth — two free — billed once a year rather than monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly later and the bill prorates on the day of the change.
- Are these prices negotiable?
- The posted price is the price for Part 61 schools, Part 141 schools and 501(c)(3) flight clubs alike. Above roughly 25 aircraft or a dozen bases, talk to us — a quoted figure can be overridden per company, so at that size the list price stops being the honest answer.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- A full CSV and JSON export is generated within 24 hours of cancellation and stays available for 90 days. After that we retain only what FAA recordkeeping rules require.
