Seeded templates for Private Part 61, Private Part 141, Instrument and Commercial. Clone one, change it to match how your school teaches, and version it — students already in progress stay on the syllabus they started.

Stage gates that hold
Part 141 mode gates every stage behind a signed stage check. Part 61 mode keeps progression flexible. A mixed programme runs both at once, because most schools do.

Maneuver grading against the ACS
A maneuver library organised by ACS Area of Operation, seeded with the Private Pilot ACS — twelve areas and over forty maneuvers. Grade one to four per lesson, and the trend per maneuver is tracked over time rather than re-judged from memory.

Aeronautical experience that adds itself up
Flight log entries are generated at checkout and categorised — dual, solo, PIC, SIC, cross-country, night, actual and simulated instrument, simulator. FAA minimums for the certificate being pursued are tracked live, and night currency is computed per 14 CFR 61.57.

Lesson reports that fill themselves in
Post-flight reports pre-populate from the booking and the maneuver grades. The instructor adds the objective, what went well and what is next. Ready-for-stage-check and ready-for-checkride flags surface on the student record.

Questions about training.
- Do I have to run Part 141 to use this?
- No. Part 141 mode gates every stage, Part 61 mode stays flexible, and a mixed programme runs both. The regulatory standard is set per school, and EASA is available.
- What happens to students mid-course when I change the syllabus?
- They stay on the version they were assigned. New students start on the current one. That is what makes editing a curriculum safe during a training year.
- Can instructors grade without the Credentials module?
- Yes. Training covers curricula, grading and lesson reports. Credentials is what holds endorsements, medicals and currency — most schools run both, but neither requires the other.
