What file types are supported?

PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), and video files. Files are uploaded securely via S3 presigned URLs.

How is my data secured?

Files are stored in Amazon S3 with server-side encryption. Access is controlled through role-based folder permissions enforced at the API level. Only authorized users can view or download files.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes. Permissions are set at the folder level. You can make maintenance manuals visible to maintenance staff only, share training materials with students, or restrict sensitive documents to admins. Permissions are enforced on every file access.

Does it replace Dropbox or Google Drive?
