Ten deliverables a Part 141 school has to be able to produce on request. Each one names the section that asks for it.

Subpart and appendix coverage.
Part 141 has six subparts and eight course appendices. They are different things, and a school running an Appendix D commercial course is not running a subpart.
Pilot school certification. The certificate number, ratings, training authority and base location are captured per tenant.
Training specifications, base location records and ratings per course. Each approved course maps to its TCO with revision tracking.
Personnel rosters, aircraft airworthiness linkage and facility records. Chief, assistant chief and check instructor designations with qualification records and 8420-8-ready data.
