Maintenance

Airworthiness you canprove, not remember.

AD/SB compliance, squawks, work orders, parts, and inspections in one log per tail. A reported squawk can ground the aircraft automatically — so nothing unairworthy ever reaches the dispatch board.

Why it exists

The airplane is legal or it doesn't fly.

AD compliance in a binder and squawks on sticky notes is how an unairworthy airplane ends up dispatched. The person who knew about the discrepancy wasn't the person who released the flight.

Maintenance keeps one airworthiness record per airframe. A pilot-reported squawk can ground the tail on the spot — it disappears from the dispatch board until maintenance signs it back into service.

Every AD, service bulletin, inspection, work order, and parts movement is logged. When an inspector asks how you know the airplane was legal, the answer is one export away.

Capabilities

One airworthiness record per tail.

Compliance, discrepancies, and the shop floor in one place — with grounding decisions that actually reach the schedule.

AD/SB compliance tracking

Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins per tail, with status, due date, and method of compliance.

Squawk reporting → automatic grounding

A reported discrepancy can ground the aircraft immediately, pulling it from the dispatch board.

Work orders

Parts, labor, vendor, and return-to-service sign-off — with invoices and documents attached.

Parts inventory

Min-on-hand thresholds, vendor cross-reference, and consumption tracked per work order.

100-hour & inspection tracking

100-hour, annual, IFR, transponder, pitot-static, and ELT inspections scheduled per airframe.

Maintenance holds

Hold an aircraft from dispatch with a reason and a required release sign-off.

MEL/CDL deferrals

Track deferred items under the Minimum Equipment List and Configuration Deviation List with expiry.

Maintenance logs with attachments

Every log entry keeps its supporting photos, invoices, and paperwork with it.

Audit trail

Every status change, sign-off, and parts movement is captured for inspection.

The watchlist

What's due, what's grounded, at a glance.

Inspections coming due, ADs in compliance, and the tail that's grounded right now — the watchlist is the first thing the shop and the dispatcher both check.

Questions

Maintenance, answered.

What happens when a pilot reports a squawk?

Depending on severity, the squawk can ground the aircraft automatically. A grounded tail drops off the dispatch board and can't be booked until maintenance closes the discrepancy and signs it back into service.

Does it track ADs and Service Bulletins?

Yes. Each applicable AD and SB is tracked per airframe with its status, due date, and method of compliance, so recurring items surface before they come due.

Can I defer an item under an MEL or CDL?

Yes. MEL and CDL deferrals are tracked with their category and expiry, so a legally deferred item is documented and a lapsed deferral is visible before it becomes a problem.

Where do maintenance records and receipts live?

On the log entry and work order they belong to. Photos, invoices, and paperwork attach directly to the record, and every change is written to an audit trail.
