There is no separate multi-location fee. Pricing is per location: each app you turn on is billed at every base you run it on. Add a base and you simply repeat that base’s app footprint.
Consolidated billing, one student record across bases, and network-wide reporting are all included — you only pay for the apps, per base.

HangarOS is fully modular — there is no required app and no base app. Pick any combination of the six apps (minimum one): Scheduling ($49), Maintenance ($25), Training ($20), Invoicing ($15), Credentials ($15), and Knowledge Base ($15) per location per month. A single app starts at $15/mo; all six on one base run $139/mo. You can add or remove apps at any time and your bill prorates. No bundles, no per-seat fees, no per-aircraft fees.
Pricing is per location. Each app you turn on is billed at each base. There is no separate "multi-location" fee — adding a base simply repeats that base's app footprint. For example, two bases running Scheduling + Maintenance is (49 + 25) × 2 = $148/mo. Consolidated billing, students, and reports across all bases are included at no extra charge.
No. The price is the same whether a base has 3 students or 300, 2 aircraft or 20. We charge per app, per location — not per row in your database.
Every app. The trial runs in two phases: 14 days free with no card on file, then up to 14 more days after you add a payment method, for a combined 28 days before the first charge. You can configure your school, import data, and run live during the trial. If you cancel before the end of Phase 2, you are not charged, and your data export is yours.
Annual billing is charged as roughly ten months instead of twelve — about 17% off. The yearly column on the toggle shows your effective per-month rate when billed once a year (for example, Scheduling drops from $49 to an effective $41/mo).
Yes. The bill prorates on the day of the change.
Every flight school and 501(c)(3) flight club pays the same posted price. We negotiate volume only above 25 aircraft.
A full export of your data (CSV + JSON) is generated within 24 hours of cancellation, available for 90 days. After that, we retain only what is required by FAA recordkeeping rules.
